Midcap Advisors promotes Bisack, Noto and Price
Brandon Bisack moves up to Vice President; Chloe Noto and Sterling Price promoted to Associate
MidCap Advisors, a Manhattan-based middle market advisory firm recently promoted three executives.
NEW YORK, November 2023 – MidCap Advisors, a Manhattan-based middle market advisory firm providing sophisticated financial advice and M&A transaction services to private companies, recently promoted three executives.
Brandon J. Bisack has been promoted from Associate to Vice President. Mr. Bisack serves the sell-side investment banking practice at MidCap with a focus on the financial services and insurance industry. He has been instrumental in advising several prominent insurance distribution transactions, including a recent roll-up of six independent retail agencies.
Mr. Bisack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Data Analytics from the University of Connecticut.
Chloe Noto has been promoted from Analyst to Associate. She uses her strong analytical and communications skills to implement all aspects of client transactions. Ms. Noto has recently supported several sell- and buy-side Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) transactions. Prior to joining MidCap Advisors, Ms. Noto was an Analyst at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, reporting on projected movement in major metropolitan markets including Manhattan, Los Angeles, and Southern Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Michigan.
Sterling Price has also been promoted from Analyst to Associate. Mr. Price works on all aspects of MidCap transactions to provide a highly tailored financial services experience for each client. Prior to joining MidCap Advisors, he was a Senior Research Analyst at Lending Tree, focusing on all aspects of the online purchasing process. Mr. Price holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Syracuse University. He has begun pursuit of the CFA designation and has passed the Level 1 exam.
