Investments In Promising Companies

In addition to providing sophisticated corporate finance services, MidCap Advisors manages a small in-house equity fund with an active investment orientation. We do not focus on any specific industry - just great opportunities. Our goal is to partner with exceptional management teams who have a clear vision and strategy to maximize value.

We provide capital and support to promising companies, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Given the wide backgrounds of our principals and managing directors, we are able to consider investments in a broad variety of businesses and industries.

Investment Criteria

We focus on transactions that require between $200,000 and $1,000,000 in capital. In most cases our investments will be buyout or control investments. However, we will also consider significant minority equity investments where our capital and expertise can provide the catalyst for a significant increase in the value of the business.

Our team has decades of experience managing and working with middle market companies. We know what it takes to be successful and we believe in partnering with owners and managers to develop and execute strategies that foster growth and strengthen a company's competitive position in their marketplace.
