Take the Keep or Sell Test
Written by MidCap Advisors

Timing is a key element of success.  As a result, knowing when to act and when not to act is a key component in all important decisions. Likewise, knowing when to keep your business and when to sell it can make a significant difference in your success. Take the following test and review your answers with a professional at MidCap Advisors to ensure that your timing is perfect!

Beside each answer is a number or score.  Add up the score from each of your responses.  A low score suggests that you and your business may not be prepared for a sale and you may be better off keeping your company and planning to selling it at some point in the future.  A high score suggests that you and your business may be ready for sale.  To understand the results of this Keep or Sell Test, contact the MidCap Advisors office nearest you.
