For over 10 years, Mr. Parnell has worked with companies in all areas of the for-profit educational space including advising clients in the corporate and professional education and training, for-profit K-12, career school, educational publishing, educational technology, language, and post-secondary education sectors. Mr. Parnell's former clients include leading education related companies including Rets Tech Center, Javelin Learning Systems, Inc., Madison Media and Antonelli Institute among others. Mr. Parnell's current clients include private companies seeking liquidity events as well as many of the major education companies and private equity firms looking for acquisitions.
