Prior to becoming an investment banker, Mr. Champlin owned and sold a very successful manufacturing company in Northern Indiana.
Mr. Pringle is an experienced business owner, entrepreneur and M&A advisor with extensive experience advising clients in the manufacturing, business services and textile sectors. His specialty is working with family-owned businesses on succession or exit planning issues and sell-side transactions in Central Texas and throughout the Southwest. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Mr. Pringle owned and sold one the 100 top screen printing companies in the United States.
