MidCap Advisors is pleased to announce the opening of new offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Austin, Texas.

Jim Pringle will be the Director of MidCap's new Austin office and will focus on serving clients throughout Texas and the Southwest.

Steve Champlin will be the Managing Director of MidCap's new Las Vegas office and will lead the firm's Gaming and Entertainment Industry Specialty Practice Group.

champlin-web_resolution_smallMr. Champlin has extensive experience advising owners of restricted and non-restricted gaming companies in Las Vegas, Reno and nationwide.  Mr. Champlin also has experience working with manufacturing as well social media and networking companies. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Mr. Champlin owned and sold a very successful manufacturing company in Northern Indiana.


jim_pringle_pictureMr. Pringle is an experienced business owner, entrepreneur and M&A advisor with extensive experience advising clients in the manufacturing, business services and textile sectors. His specialty is working with family-owned businesses on succession or exit planning issues and sell-side transactions in Central Texas and throughout the Southwest. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Mr. Pringle owned and sold one the 100 top screen printing companies in the United States.
