His extensive business management experience includes a particular emphasis in managing global businesses and structuring cross-border transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions. During his time at Citigroup, Mr. Fader served in a wide range of positions including President of Citigroup's Travel Payment Services Division. As president of that division, Bob's responsibilities included developing, marketing, and managing a diverse range of Citigroup's global payment products. As Senior Director of Strategic Planning for Citigroup's Global Payment Products Division, Bob was responsible for new product development and strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Fader also held senior positions at the American Express Card Division in product management and global marketing where he was part of the management team responsible for American Express Card Products. Bob earned his BS degree from the University of Connecticut and his MBA from Seton Hall University.
