Allen Conger is a Senior Consultant with MidCap Advisors. In charge of MidCap's Charleston, South Carolina office, Mr. Conger works with clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. 

Prior to joining MidCap Advisors, Mr. Conger served as Director at Pegasus Funds, an investment bank focused primarily on public equities and mergers & acquisitions. In this capacity, Mr. Conger sourced transactions and managed relationships in a wide array of industries.

Mr. Conger's prior merger & acquisition and financial advisory experience includes positions at Deutsche Bank/Alex. Brown, Carroll Kapfhamer Capital Partners, Raymond James, and Caisse de Depots.

While at Carroll Kapfhamer, Mr. Conger advised Catapult Technologies on their sale to Modis, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Conger also was the lead banker for MJM Technologies, assisting them in raising growth capital from Capital Across America.

In addition to his M&A and financial advisory experience, Mr. Conger also has extensive operational experience. Mr. Conger spent almost nine years as the principal shareholder and CEO of a respected construction management company that specialized in high-end residential projects in the Charleston area. Mr. Conger began his career almost twenty-five years ago selling surgical equipment and supplies.

Mr. Conger earned his Master's in Business Administration from The University of Chicago. In his spare time, Allen enjoys athletics, playing blues piano, and spending time with his wife and infant daughter.
