As a result, we are not looking for employees, we are looking for entrepreneurial M&A advisors who want to be in business for themselves but who value the support and resources MidCap Advisors provides. To be considered to as a member of MidCap Advisors, you must meet the following criteria: 1. Have at least 5 years of M&A experience as a sole proprietor, independent contractor, member of another M&A firm, or as part of a corporate business development team 2. Have personally originated and closed at least three transactions in the last 5 years 3. Be able to write an Offering Memorandum 4.
